Before coming – each player needs to fill out the JVA insurance forms PRIOR to coming to tryouts. All of that is all done electronically via the link below. It is free and only takes a few minutes but please be careful – your information cannot be changed once submitted.
Notes about the insurance form:
- Select Elevate VBC as the club – don’t worry, this won’t prevent you trying out at another club
- List Troy Helton as the club director and email as ([email protected]).
Volleyball Age? – Each player needs to tryout at their “volleyball age.” Please use the chart below if you are confused because your “volleyball age” might differ from your actual age.
